Our Promise to Parents
In order to show the proper respect for the time, effort, and costs each family invests in Troop 1412, our organization and its leaders will operate our activities in such a way as to promote:
Consistency
Each meeting, activity, and campout should be conducted in a uniform manner according to its type and purpose. The path to earning badges, awards, and advancements should be well known to all parents and applied equally to all Trailmen.
Predictability
A calendar of all events should be prepared before every program year. To respect the busy schedules of the troop families, change should be kept to an absolute minimum.
Accountability
Conduct ourselves with highest level of integrity in all aspects of troop management including lesson preparation, troop spending, badge completion, and award recognition
